Bridges are being slowed down to an unnecessary crawl despite being supported by Zero Clearance Interface Layers whenever Slowdown for Overhangs is enabled - Bridges will essentially use the 75%-100% value which should not be the case:
There's really no reason to apply the 75%-100% Slow Down Values to a supported Bridge.
OrcaSlicer applies Filament Overhang Fan Speeds to Areas clearly not being Overhangs:
In the above Example it applies Filament Overhang Fan Speeds to both parts of the Supports and the innermost Perimeters - Neither of which should receive / require this much cooling.
Expected results
Supported Bridges should not be affected by Overhang Speed Slowdown Values.
Filament Overhang Speeds should really only be applied to Overhang Sections.
Please also have a look on how Fan Speeds are being utilized on Prime Towers with No Sparse Layers ( Beta ) checkmarked - As of now there too it seems to apply Overhang Fan Speeds to what essentially is a Solid Infill ( since it has no Sparse Layers ) resulting in way too much cooling and depending on the Bottom Most Material being used resulting in poor bed adhesion.
Is there an existing issue for this problem?

I've noticed two issues:
