Prime tower rotation angle does nothing #6567

How to reproduce

Enable Prime Tower
Change Prime tower rotation angle from 0 degrees to anything else.
Observe that nothing changes with slicing or visualization.

This feature use to work, allowed you to rotate the wipe tower at least to 90 degrees and place it along the Y axis.

Actual results

It doesn't do anything, wipe tower is still oriented along the x axis no matter the setting for wipe tower rotation angle.

Expected results

The wipe tower would change the angle to whatever is set in the wipe tower rotation angle setting.
