How to reproduce

Generate a calibration temp tower
print it

Actual results

No temp changes from block to block. The gcode contains only one M104.

Expected results

Changing nozzle temp from block to block

Trying to add modifiers does not help. I found no way to change nozzle temp in the printer settings, only in filament settings.
