Fan Forced 100% For 3 Layers #7072

OrcaSlicer Version 2.2.0 RC

Operating System (OS) Windows 10 x64

No idea what is going on here, but I cannot get the fan to behave normally for the first 3 layers here. Since my first material is only for the first layer, I tried disabling the fan in that material settings and it is still 100% fan for the first 3 layers:

@CCS86 seems like this is related to "Fan speedup time" setting.
