The issue is not device related, neither printer related. Choosing another printer would still cause the same problem.
Here is the printing temperature graph of same model, same other settings, 2 filaments,
only difference is with or without prime tower enabled:
Without prime tower, the temperature is correct, where the interface is cooler, and the model is hotter.
With Prime Tower selected, the temperature is now inverted, the interface now prints at model temperature, and the model prints at interface temperature.
It should be a easy fix tho :)

How to reproduce
Select 2 different filaments with similar but different print temperatures.
use one of them for support interface
go to temperature view and check the temprature relationship without prime tower.
enable prime tower
go to temperature view and check the temperature relationship again.
Actual results
you would notice that now the temperature relationship between the model filament and the support interface fillament has been inverted.
Expected results
with or without prime tower, the temperature should be following the chosen filament's settings.
Project file & Debug log uploads
Just create a new project with a simple ball, enable support and support interface.
