Support cotact layer - new type #7419

Perimeters above support are printed in air ... sometimes it doesnt hold and print is ruined.

In Superslicer is contalc layers generated on angle, which works on both directions: image

Describe the solution you'd like

Add new type of contact layer support, or possibility change angle - then we can set it to 45 degrees.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried all the settings for the contact layer, but none of them worked for me. The grid is difficult to remove, and the concentric option has the same issue.

Give a try to "snug" support type. There are also "pattern angle" item in advanced section of supports settings: it also may help you in this case.

Problem is contact layer, there cant help anything bellow ... like snug on angle ... because contact layer is still bad and it print some perimeters in air.
