Added 2 additional display options #60

Added two additional display options and the ability to customize display 2's background color and adding a rectangle behind the text which resizes dynamically depending on if there is more or less text on the screen.

Note: please have all displays the same resolution otherwise the display output will flash off and on, due to different resolutions of screens.
