Fix build #7

Improved build system by replacing the pre generated build scripts by a bootstrap script and updating it to work on modern distributions without warnings. Tested on:

Red Hat 6.6
Ubuntu LTS 16.04

Build system was not working with Ubuntu. This patch set fixes this.
