Add default deps packeges for scripts/setup_ctng.sh

This is a modification for scripts/setup_ctng.sh While executing the script scripts/setup_ctng.sh, I encountered the following error message.

  configure: error: missing required tool: flex
  make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

• error message

  checking for unzip... no
  configure: error: missing required tool: unzip

So I added the packages that seemed to be missing to scripts/install_default_deps.sh.
