fix: explicitly include fancyqr from submodule #27

On my system, I have fancyqr installed locally, too. Compilation used the locally installed version, not the submodule. This was a problem because my locally installed version was outdated and produced buggy QR codes.

I hope this does not introduce any bugs.

We might also want to consider updating the submodule. Florian just fixed some more bugs to make fancyqr more stable when used within tikzpictures as done here frequently.

I also updated some of the submodules in the repository.
