Hi Thomas,

I integrated the changes, discussed in the last meeting for the Typo3Exporter including:

handling of duplicate entries
displaying "to appear"

as well as bugfixes and refactorings for more comprehensible code. Using the exporter now should be more easy.

I don't know why Github considers the changes from the last pull-request as new changes again.

Hi Thomas,

some very weird things happened here. I merged your Mibtex/dev into my Mibtex/dev and thereby, this pull-request (the opposite) was merged. In the history of this pull-request you can see that it was never merged. However, I cannot reopen this pull-request because GitHub says, that all commits have been merged already. I have no idea how that happened. Luckily, everything is fine and my changes are now merged into your repository.

I reviewed your comments and integrated most of them. I cannot reopen this pull-request because it is already merged. I opened a new pull-request for these changes as you can see below.
