Adding new entries to citations file without changing existing entries #8

Ideally, whenever exporting to HTML_NEW the citations.csv would be updated accordingly. However, no already computed values should be removed. No longer existing keys should be removed and new ones be added.

There is a further possible case: updating the title of an existing key should lead to the same situation as adding the key (i.e., necessary to update the value).
