Sounds like your internet connection to the server is unstable. We have some ideas for automatically reconnecting (more than we already do) which may help this.

9 months ago This is exactly the same problem that I have been exposed to on a recurring basis. I suggest a slight increase in the server timeout combined with a more sensitive client code for detecting loss of connection.
有的时候连接不稳定出现"连接丢失，正在尝试重新连接"，重新连接后游戏进度就没了。我希望在这种情况能恢复之前的进度。
