Sub detection by ships without sub attacking cpabilities #198

As the title says, ships that cannot attack subs should not be able to detect them either.

The latest exploit is to use a hovercraft to detect a sub as they are faster than a g5 and have surface weapons then ship upgrade to a mine layer over the sub, followed by dumping their entire load of mines right on top the sub.

Yes, fleets also use the hovercraft to do anti-sub activity.

Simple fix is do not allow ships that have no anti-sub capability the ability to detect a submerged sub, period.

Unfortunately, being hit out of nowhere from underwater compromises the gameplay of innocent boats, so much so that players in this situation have downvoted the game. They at least deserve a warning, which is the main reason for the current behavior.

There are no such thing as innocent boats. Every single one has to sink someone else to advance.

They have plenty of warning, there is a red triangle coming right at them. Its not like its a secret what a red triangle is.

Expanding the visibility area for level one ships would also help more to alleviate that issue rather than allowing no anti sub capability ships to be used to sink high level subs. Takes no time to get a hover craft but the same cannot be said for level 7+ subs.
