Added check and request for custom permissions of 'Notification' and 'Bluetooth' types

- Softeq.XToolkit.Permissions.iOS
Softeq.XToolkit.Permissions/PermissionsService.cs

Removed:
Softeq.XToolkit.Permissions.iOS/PermissionsService.cs
Softeq.XToolkit.Permissions.Droid/PermissionsService.cs
