As a salesman I want it to be possible for employees to enter what languages they speak/read/write, and at what level So that I can give that information to potential customers

Will be solved by the addition of default SkillGroups; we will create a skill group with the name 'spokenWrittenLanguages'; Will use this group + some skills.
