Global issues and improvements #102

Hello,

Here is some feedbacks and improvements hints following our microservice usage:

  1. Manage certificate persistence after rebooting the microservice;
  2. Improve log traceability in the microservice (add the name of the microservice affected by errors);
  3. We note that logs persist despite the deletion of an LNS;
  4. Adding a field "Public Key" in case of adding a new base station with Actility saas.
