Support proxy in Liveobjects LNS connection #106

Resolves #104

Purpose

Allow connecting with Liveobjects server (which has static address) via proxy server.

Brief change log

2 new optional parameters added to liveobjects connection wizard: proxy-host, proxy-port
if proxy properties are defined, they are added to liveobjects client config
