I haven't yet recreated them but I have been told that app-builder apps have been not appearing in hte application list.
Possible causes:
User doesn't have permission to see all applications on tenant
difference between eu-latest.cumulocity.com and cumulocity.com, they have deprecated the list$ api so we may have to get the application list without live updates
