Update to latest C8Y UI #29

Currently migration tool is based on 1004.0.8 UI components. It should be updated to the latest e.g. 1010, 1011 etc. to be aligned with other applications in the same tenant.

Migration Tool has been updated to use the latest version of the C8Y UI. See #30
