Request to check in code for an sample android app that pushes sensor data to sMAP #6

I can rename it from cfc_tracker to "example" if you would like, but I thought it would be better to check in first and fix later after having a chance to discuss. I also checked out Kaifei's code, which is very cool! It also seems ripe for combining the sensor reading part with the sensor push part.
