Patchfinder data duplication #117

Running into duplicate results, not sure why:

Might not be duplication, but instead unique to all fixed CVEs (multiple affecting the same product), but that is just speculation. Currently we do not store cve_id in relation to patches, maybe we should use the vuln_id as a foreign key in the patchcommit table.

I think including cve_id for each patch would be ideal
