Notre Dame Exploit Integration (Demo) #151

By EOD 9/20/23 we are expecting to have access to an exploit finding application built by the Notre Dame team. This will need to be integrated into the backend. This will need to be its own docker application that receives input jobs from rabbitMQ and stores any discovered exploits in our database.
