github-access-engine HAS to be named github-access in lazy.yaml (because this module needs to get the GH tokens from the sandbox)
We should move the name of the github-access (or other source of tokens?) into lazy.yaml. This depends on "Make engines configurable from lazy.yaml" (#34, #35, #36, #37)
