This is a great addition; these kinds of updates (i.e. referencing the token data when describing an output) make the cash tokens feel more "apart" of the bitcoin format instead of something bolted on. Good job.

In conclusion, I'd probably make multiple non-chained PRs in the future, but I think this worked out okay, so nbd if this pattern is repeated in the future.
