EDMC 4 compatibility changes #10

Updated a few files to allow EDMC 4 to run this plugin.

Well,

I've been very long away from Elite Dangerous. Even with that I am surprised most of original code survived abandonment of python 2. I noticed slight GUI issues concerning application of EDMC's different themes, but nothing major.

I have been planning to rewrite entire code (actually I was half way through) for some while, I am just too busy to do so at the moment, therefore when these changes seems to be working I am just gonna merge those.
