- A reservation page is accessible from the navigation menu.
- The reservation page includes a form to enter details including date, time, guest size and special requests e.g. allergies.
- Upon submission, the customer receives a confirmation message.
Tasks:
- [ ] Design and develop a reservation page with a user-friendly form.
- [ ] Implement form validation to ensure required fields are filled out correctly.
- [ ] Integrate a message notification system to appear on the top of the page upon completion or changes to data.
- [ ] Create a database or API to store and retrieve reservation data.
- [ ] Implement real-time updates of seat availability to prevent double bookings.
- [ ] Perform rigorous testing to verify the accuracy and reliability of the reservation system.
As a customer, I want to be able to make a reservation online, providing my preferred date, time, and party size.
