Fix the crafting recipe conflict for hammer and steel sign #7

The recipe conflict with signs (namely, steel sign) prevents players from creating a variety of colored signs. Meanwhile, the signs are using the standard pattern (2x3 material nodes and 1 stick), so it's reasonable to suggest that it's the hammer's recipe which should differ.
