Odd behavior / inconsistent building placement #23

Using sfan5's buiid minetest-0.5.0-cf0bceb, singleplayer, mg7 with seed 6044653974909231732. Only villages-for-minetest-modpack active, without more_snow and all other mods updated to latest git.

After starting world and looking around initial village I then issued /villages command. Saw nr.2 was a tent at height 10. Issued /visit 2 command and teleported underground. Gave myself noclip and fly to escape. Tent was actually constructed at height 22. Issued commands /visit 1 and then /visit 2, this time appeared in front of tent. I assumed that the mapblock had not been generated yet when I first visited nr.2.

Created another world with same seed but this time traveled to the location first so that the mapblock would generate. Tent was now at the bottom of a hole at height 7.
