Set up dynamic tooltip #30

Changes in config file will be reflected in the tooltip (onhover of version). Added mode toggling keybinding and some minor fixes in README and setup script

Although this is quite elaborate, I'm not a fan of it. Right now the tool-tips are easily found, modified and swapped around without being fluid in parsing and manipulating strings. e.g.  + ↲       Terminal or in my case  + ↲       Terminal

I'm not that fluid in shell-scripting and would never have guessed that this code is parsing the comments of another file (which I don't think should be parsed for such a purpose anyway).
