Wlogout Install Script error #49

When I run the hyprland v4 install Script in the last it says Wlogout Install failed then install stoped I'm from India please help.

same problem, but from Russia. Error: gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure

edit: using German vpn there is no problem with installing it

try running the curl -sS https://keys.openpgp.org/vks/v1/by-fingerprint/F4FDB18A9937358364B276E9E25D679AF73C6D2F | gpg --import - and tell me the output
