Give consumer binding threads readable names #269

I was not able to test. mvn install and mvn package results in an error.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project spring-cloud-stream-binder-solace: Could not resolve dependencies for project com.solace.spring.cloud:spring-cloud-stream-binder-solace:jar:4.1.0: The following artifacts could not be resolved: com.solace.test.integration:pubsubplus-junit-jupiter:jar:1.0.2 (absent): com.solace.test.integration:pubsubplus-junit-jupiter:jar:1.0.2 was not found in https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
