[Bug]: Broken instructions link in README #41

Bug Description

On the tip of the master branch, there is a guide to follow instructions to quickly spin up a cloud-based Solace messaging service for my applications. Unfortunately that link is dead: https://cloud.solace.com/learn/group_getting_started/ggs_signup.html

Expected Behavior

Bring me to a valid webpage, specifically one that has the instructions.
