Merge Beta Test to master #101

Given that there are a lot of changes, I am requesting a lot of people who have contributed to the Beta Test and master branches to review this PR. I am planning to make changes to things, such as making pre-existing debug functions run with Debug Mode instead of being removed or commented out, and overhauling localizations for better organization (see #42)

Test will not merge to master. you can dismember file changes to other branches.

For now we don't want to merge Dec25 into master, because there are too many glitches and bugs. Instead, bug fixes and implementations in this branch will be distributed back to corresponding module branhces.

Okay, I will close this PR, even though I tested the changes and they worked fine for me.
