Localizations cannot load #149

Given the Localization Workflow, it is almost impossible to fully load localizations for Everglow. image Even when reloading the mod from the mod list, the localizations will not be applied. It has to be built and reloaded from mod sources. The mod sources building and reloading does not work. You will receive mod inheritance errors. image image Besides the use of [ExtendsFromMod], I have not thought of any solutions.
