Systematically add Whip and Yoyo weapons, including item and projectile.

Remove Ash Bone, this weapon conflicted with "Spinal Tap".

I noticed that the whips do not show a lot of information. I think it might be from localization issues when they won't be built or are set to default automatically. image

Grilled Squid Tentacle whip length might need to be reduced, or we can assume that it comes from a giant squid

I think this weapon will be generated as a byproduct when cooking with a low chance.
