Optimize behaviors of rock elemental. Rock elemental was equivalent of a pre-hardmode mini-boss, please evaluate the reasonableness of difficulty and numerical value.

I assume that it is probably weak for the projectiles are imprecise.

When spawned in the cave, it will continuously emit sound like 'da da da da', and unable to fall into the blocks image
