Continuing MothEye changes, but almost complete

Do not merge yet. I still have a few more MothEye effects to complete.

Okay it's ready, even though I provided MothEye effects for less than a few items. Navy Thunder adjustments was difficult for me, so I skipped it, and Corrupted Scales didn't work as well as I thought it would for it's effect. Localization is the last thing needed

I was to merge it but no time to do localization before publishing the demo so I delayed

Given the time, I assume that a review has happened and that things are okay with the commits. I will merge this PR now
