What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to fullscreen mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mixed mode assembly is built against version 'v1.1.4322' of the runtime and 
cannot be loaded in the 4.0 runtime without additional configuration 
information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ChiiTrans 2.16.4505.2364 on Windows Xp Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Installed all of .NET Frameworks.

This happens when AGTH is not reading process of the game... For example, if 
you simply click on this button.

Is there a known solution? I had this problem when i switched from my old 
monitor to a new widescreen. Same game and settings as before but it seems it 
can't handle the new resolution? Running windows 7.

I unchecked "Fix Game Locale" and it worked for me
