Possible typo in documentation #751

I think the example on this page, https://solarforecastarbiter-core.readthedocs.io/en/master/generated/solarforecastarbiter.reference_forecasts.persistence.persistence_probabilistic.html, has a typo, where 500 is used in the text and 100 is used in the equation.
