New items from Numenera : Destiny #103

The following items type from Numenera Destiny should be added:

Installations and vehicles: I'll add them to my planning. Destiny-specific features haven't been in high demand so they're pretty low on the TODO list but I did implement communities sooooo... stay tuned!

Iotum: quite frankly, don't hold your breath on that one. The crafting system is quite complex and I'm not sure I want to fully implement it. Right, you can consider them regular items. Still, they're in my planning board, too.

For the iotum, a simple table added as another tab would do. With each Iotum as a line item and the next column for quantity.

@sharkbruhaha Hmm that would make sense: I could even make it reference some compendium (which would need to be filled by the GM because I don't think I can bundle this information with the system).

I'll take this into consideration, it's a simple fix to something that seemed kind of complex to me. Thank you!
