Broken PC actor sheets (Foundry 0.8.x)

Heyho

First, thank you very much for developing this fantastic system. It has been a pleasure to use it in the 0.7.x era.

Now I am at Foundry 0.8.7 (but with 0.8.6. those issues existed as well) using your updated numenera system of version 1.5.2 (installed via the "System" tab of the Admin area, which installs the "compressed" version of it.

Maybe it is just me, but for the sake of whomever it is not possible to do the following two things regarding PC actor sheets:

• As soon as I try to change some content of the fields in the lower half of the character sheet (e.g. weapon damage, damage type, armor value, cypher attributes, skills, abilities, etc.), the moment I finish editing, it "jumps back" to the old (which is the initial) value of that field. I remember there were some neat info box after changing those type of fields in the past. This info isn't there anymore. Unfortunately, the console output either states nothing or states some warnings regarding obsolete stuff, which will be omitted in future releases of Foundry (which i think is not generating those problems). This, unfortunately, completely prevents me from running Numenera games at the moment, which is very sad :(. Short side-note: Generating items in the Items tab of Foundry works as expected. But after dragging them into the character sheet, they reset to their default values.
• It is not possible to access the "Prototype token" section of an PC actor. After clicking the button at the top of the sheet, Foundry throws this error:

  TypeError: An error occurred while rendering TokenConfig 49: this.object.getBarAttribute is not a function
  at TokenConfig.<anonymous> (numenera.js:1)
  at async TokenConfig._render (foundry.js:2042)
  at async TokenConfig._render (foundry.js:2729)

  
  I also tried a whole fresh world without activating any of my modules. It didn't fix it. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have any suggestions? I guess those types of error would have been noticed earlier if they were common?

Hello! First, thank you so much for the compliments! It's been a pleasure developing this system, even if updates have been scarce recently. And thank you for the bug report, too, those are vital to my "job".

Regarding the character sheet problems: I am aware of them and currently working on a fix. I expected to have a working fix today but life happened. But hey, I'm back to work. :)

As for the prototype token, I wasn't aware of it, but it makes sense regarding the previous problem.

Not just you, seems this bug is in 1.5.1+ at the moment, had to revert back to the older 1.5.0 for now. Thanks Solar for working on a patch, can't wait till its out

I'm having mad issues with none of my text being visible for cyphers, artifacts, abilities, weapons, etc. as well as the same issue bonbyte has up top. You can hover over it and it shows the text that is supposed to be there. How do you grab an older version that works with 0.8.6? I have a Saturday session and want to see if I can get things working for my players.

@ServantofShiloh on the code page, the left side is a section that shows the current release. right below that in smaller tex shows +59 releases (or some number like that) if you click that it will bring you to the backlog of past releases. you will have to manually install the system by removing the old numenera folder in your FoundryVTT folder with the one you downloaded from here.

@FePython, thank you very much for this hint. Never thought about trying this, since I updated to Foundry 0.8.x and to Numenera >1.4.4 "at the same time". I guess this will make it as a temporary workaround. Keep up the great work Solar, we all can't wait :P

You are the man. That did it. Rolled it back and everything is working swimmingly.

I'll pop in here every now and again to see how everything is going as well as the Discord Cypher System channel so I know when to update.
