Restructure Squad mode from the Crew mode of Blades. Key requirements:

[x] Restyle to match the Pilot Mode
[x] Add Materiel / Personnel resource sections
[ ] Add upgrade boxes for Storage
[ ] Add structure for Regions / Claims (Vicinity, wealth/crime/might/tech)
[ ] Restructure Cohorts for Fire Team vs. Specialist
[ ] Set up squad upgrades as they differ from Blades
