Removed / modified old RTC examples and added new examples in Inkplate 6Plus
Added RTC examples in all boards (except Inkplate Color)
Added new RTC functions: rtcIsSet(), rtcSetEpoch(), rtcGetEpoch(), rtcSetAlarmEpoch() and also functions for clearing / checking timer and alarm flags and for disabling the timerrtcS
