Gontroller comparison? #18

Thing to check on checklist for SMP / Survival!

  1. Rank Names: Every server I have gone on have similar if not completely the same rank names as Gontroller. I am almost certain that their ranks were thought up on the spot and a lot of people used the same rank names.
  2. Shop: The design of the underground shop with the different layers to buy stuff originated from Gontroller.
  3. Biome Portals: The idea of having biome portals where you can teleport yourself to certain biomes originated from Gontroller.
  4. Starter Kits: The reason why I say this is because they give good items, but not enough to make them OP already.
  5. Free Food: A place to get free food at spawn from spawners and then sell it right away to make money came from Gontroller.
  6. Buying XP: Gontroller thought it would be a cool idea to give players the opportunity to purchase XP from a sign. You may think this was not original AT ALL and every server has it. But Gontroller is the reason to why a lot of servers have it.
  7. Attractive Spawn: People may not use EXACLY the same spawn as Gontroller. But I have seen many servers use the same design with the towers and the exit out of it. Again, this is a reason to why Gontroller is so popular.
  8. BALANCE: Gontroller has INCREDIBLE balance on their server. They do not give to much in donating. It makes it so players that dont have money to spend have a chance to beat an overlord in a PVP battle. They took the pay to win aspect out of the server completely.
  9. Attractive Website: Their website is very well built and catches the eye when you visit it. This is important because it shows the users that you are professional.
  10. [GLotto]: They created the idea of GLotto and I have seen MANY servers use it as ALotto, DLotto, and VLotto.
  11. gBay: They created this auction tag and again, many servers use the same idea.
  12. Custom Plugins: They have a few custom plugins that help them out incredibly. GontrollerAntiVClip, GontrollerChests, GontrollerLottery, GontrollerRulez, GontrollerTokens, and GontrollerUtilities.
  13. Good voting rewards: They dont give to much, and they dont give to little. They give enough for you want to vote again and again.
