Handle update queries #3

The SNB interactive benchmark also contains some update queries. We should look into transforming those, and testing performance of update queries.

This is a comment to link to the forementioned insertions and deletions, they can be found in the specification.

The specification doesn't mention any velocity or frequency in which these changes need to occur.
