currently I have problems with installing httpd on CentOS7 on Docker for building Kolab, see https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/ 8966. perhaps this will go away when upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04 with a newer aufs.

As a workaround, I want to force the Kolab builds on LXC.
