issue with two packages building from same source repository #183

When starting a build with the trigger, github/solidcharity/lbs-openpetra, nightlydevzip and mysql-server-test started at the same time, and deleting the src repository of the other. then config.yml cannot be found, in getPackagingInstructions

solution might be to have a delay of a few seconds in ProcessBuildQueue
