new project: fails to get the previous build number

new project does not have previous builds, therefore the directory does not exist yet:

LBSERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/www/repos/tpokorra/openpetra/fedora/20/x86_64'

So it cannot calculate the previous build number
