put a maximum time limit on a job #70

configure the time limit in config.yml stop the job after more than 5 minutes without a response. eg http://lbs.solidcharity.com/logs/tbits.net/kolab/xapian-core/master/ubuntu/trusty/amd64/0

seems I have this problem again:

Or is cyrus imap so much in trouble, that the machine does not stop?
